I never thought about how much non-technical stuff can get in the way of good AI leadership.
Makes total sense though – if no one's aligned on values or decision-making, even the best expert can’t do much.

I suppose AI is the future but obviously many kinks need to be worked out and maybe some cannot be worked out. It's going to be interesting to see how things play out. In the end, humans have to connect with other humans. AI probably isn't very good at that.
